As our accent indicates, we are Belgian, from Brussels. We are fluent in French of course, but also in English and Anne also speaks Dutch.
We have decided to change our lives for our 50th birthday, this has been done since 2018! No regrets and many satisfactions to live here.

Ti-Kaz
Air-conditioned accommodation for 1 to 2 people consisting of a 180cm double bed (which can be separated into 2 90cm single beds), equipped with a mosquito net, a shower room, a sink and a toilet as well as a private covered terrace with its kitchenette, 2 electric hobs, a fridge, a microwave and everything you need for cooking. You will have a view of the swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea.
The Ti-Kaz is very complete for a short stay at kazAnne, it is the preferred accommodation for the stages of your trip to Guadeloupe...
Extras
1 Barbecue and 1 gas plancha available:
they are mobile, you will only need to buy your charcoal and lighting
We wish you happy grilling

nothing to do but light it, cook and enjoy
Ironing board and iron
On simple request, we will provide you with an ironing board and iron, it is of course free...
Sheets and Towels
At kazAnne, no need to bring your sheets (the beds will be made for your arrival) or kitchen and bathroom linen, we provide them and will replace them (once only) free of charge, at your request for one more stay of 7 nights.
However, we do not provide beach towels.
We provide you with the "starter kit" for your arrival:
a little coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, ...
Toilet paper, trash bag, dishwashing sponge
Afterwards, it will be up to you to buy some.

The Ti-Kaz has a basic kitchen, if something is missing or you want to make a dish requiring a certain appliance, we will lend it free of charge.
Swimming Pool
Prevention is better than cure ?
1° NEVER any breakable glass container in and near the swimming pool
2° Take a good shower before to leave the sand and other sun oils out, the shower after leaving is also recommended
3° Do not dive or jump, the pool is not very deep, there would be a risk of accident for you but also for others
4° Let's respect the siesta of others, try to make a minimum of noise
5° Snorkels, masks and various water games are available, NEVER fight with the games even in foam and always rinse them well in the shower before storing them... do not leave anything in the pool, thank you
Bubble Bath
There is only one bubble bath to share with all our guests
1° As for the swimming pool, it is essential to take a good shower to remove the sand and solar oil
2° As for the swimming pool, NO glass containers or bottles, risk of accident (already happened!)
3° do not monopolize the bubble bath, the others would also like to go there
Selective Sorting
We try to manage waste and recyclables as best as possible.
You will find a recycling basket and a compost pot in each gîte. When it is full or you want to empty it, bring it to us, we will take care of taking its contents to the appropriate recycling locations.

Compost pot: only peelings and coffee/tea filters, no meat, kitchen scraps or paper.
Dry bread: bring us your leftover dry bread (without butter, jam, etc.). They will make a local chicken coop happy.
Internal Rules
So that everyone has a pleasant vacation...
Smoking is prohibited in accommodation and in common areas. Ashtrays are available on your terraces.
Do not park in front of the neighbors' garage, this is their only access to the street.
Do you want to listen to some music or watch a film or something? No problem, but be careful with the noise level. Other guests may not have the same tastes as you or simply want to take a nap or enjoy the natural ambient sounds.
Also respect everyone's right to silence and rest at the end of the day and during the night.
At the pool, be fair, don't splash everyone, share the deck chairs, armchairs and pool accessories.
The jacuzzi is available to all guests. Don't monopolize it.
Turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are not in your home.
Close doors and windows when using air conditioning
Please do not let the tap run unnecessarily
